I specialize in working with new mama's navigating their journey to and through motherhood. I also enjoy work with young adults and adults of all ages navigating lifequakes, stressors, exploring spirituality and purpose.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years experience providing psychotherapy across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings. I graduated in 2008 with a Masters Degree in Social Work, specializing in clinical work and international social work. I enjoy providing clinical supervision and therapy for other therapists.
