You'll complete simple clinical measurements such as PHQ-9, and GAD-7 to quickly address core concerns. These assessments measure your current depression and anxiety levels as well as track changes and improvements.
You may want to know that I am an active, 25-year professor of psychology and communication. Trained in Imago therapy - assessing attachment and relational triggers, communication help & nutritional approaches for mental health, when appropriate. A customized combination lends itself to a holistic approach that is both educational and therapeutic.
