Issues including mother/daughter relationships, depression, anxiety, careers, life adjustments and mid-life coping are explored . Often, "inner child" and unresolved issues are often focused upon. UNFORTUNATELY ALL GROUPS ARE CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19. This group is for adult women who are stuck in terms of identity, career, parenting, depression, anxiety, sadness, menopause issues, empty-nest issues, life changing situations. Peer support without judgment. Confidentiality Assured. Sessions are 6-week series. Enrollment is limited to 8 participants.
