As a Clinical Social Worker I have been helping women of all ages for the past 18+ years. Some of the areas that I specialize in are relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, cancer and trauma.
I am here to compassionately listen and support you. Sometimes that’s actually all we need, is to have someone who is present with us listening, and then validates us. One of my goals in therapy, is to provide a space that feels safe to you, and then this is where the healing can begin.
