My goal is to help you reach your full potential, recover from painful events, solve persistent problems, find joy in life, repair relationships, and anything else that may enhance your life experience. Diagnoses that may be relevant to treatment: Depression, Agoraphobia, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Addiction (must have a dual diagnosis), Schizophrenia, Attention Deficit Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, Grief/Bereavement, Borderline Personality Disorder, Abuse/Neglect, Acute Stress, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Delusional Disorder, Gender Dysphoria, Phobias, and Psychosis.
As a LCSW and a CADC 3 I will view your difficulties considering how you view yourself, and how you view yourself in relation to other people in the context of your past, present circumstances, and your wishes for the future. Treatment is client centered and individualized. The same approach doesn't work for everyone in the same way.
Treatment can be fulfilled via face-to-face sessions, virtual, or telephone. The initial assessment is normally face-to-face or virtual. Choosing therapy is a positive choice.
