Emotional health is everything; it affects our daily lives- from how we interact with loved ones to how we perform at work & school, & how we behave in interpersonal relationships. As a Licensed Professional Counselor/Addictions Counselor with 20+ years in clinical and school settings, I am trained to help. I work exclusively with motivated clients who are seeking support with narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety addictions, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and use it to work with survivors of trauma & PTSD. My goal in working with clients is providing solution focused therapy that will help them feel their best.
My background in clinical, school & wellness settings allows me to explore a variety of techniques with clients either in person or virtually to best address their specific goals to help them feel better. Often described as "a therapist for people who don't like therapy," I support clients in a relatable way providing mental health and addiction services.
