If you've ever been labeled or thought of yourself as: people pleaser, overly-sensitive, magnet for painful relationships, etc. It is my mission to help one better understand what role trauma has played in shaping these "labels" and exactly what to do about it.
In therapy...attention is given to difficult life events which interrupt healing and life quality. Healing occurs in building self understanding and gaining control over unhelpful views or painful memories which lead to self-defeating behavior.
