I work with adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, including the pre- and post-pregnancy period. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to stay emotionally connected during times of change. I specialize in couples counseling, anxiety-focused therapy, and transition support using a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates mind–body and nervous system awareness. My goal is to help clients build clarity, emotional regulation, and stronger, more connected relationships.
