For every problem there is a solution, if you are struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship difficulties, I provide a path to recovery . One element stands out to be true for each of the individuals I have treated in the past ten years working as a social worker; everyone innately needs to be seen and heard. This is when the therapeutic process of healing begins and what I give to each individual whole heartedly. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, I have a Master's degree in Social Work, an associates degree in Drug and Alcohol counseling and am trained in Emotional Freedom Technique.
Since graduating my focus is developing skills to help people who struggle with addiction, co-occurring disorder, trauma, anxiety, co-dependency, anger, and depression, through trainings and workshops. I have experience working with the elderly, people struggling with addiction, as well as acute and chronic mental illness.
The goal is to help you develop skills to enhance your quality of life. My therapeutic approach is client centered, solution focused with the primary objective of building self esteem and confidence in order to empower you to be the best version of yourself.
