My ideal client is a geriatric client struggling with adjustment to the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects of aging. I also treat caregivers and those suffering grief before or after the loss of a loved one. I treat adults of all ages suffering with anxiety, depression, and difficulty adjusting to life changes.
I specialize in geriatric therapy via in-person or telehealth/zoom. I can help clients adjust to the changes brought on by age and illness. I can also help caregivers through the stress of caregiving and the changing family roles that caregiving brings on. I am a certified dementia practitioner and I am also a certified grief counselor.
