I've been a psychotherapist for over 30 years and have found that most relief from psychic pain comes from being kinder and gentler to ourselves. I'm practical, build on strengths, and help people stay focused in the moment to bring about change. Being able to appreciate one's self in the moment is a blessing and a grace often necessary to help us move forward. I work with individuals and couples, teens to seniors.
