It is my pleasure to be able to assist those seeking answers and the desire to change. Sometimes just gaining knowledge about why and how we adapt or react to certain life changes can bring significant relief and understanding. There isn’t a cookie cutter technique or treatment modality that fits all. During your assessment and intake process we will discuss which therapy modality will best address your needs. Some modalities used may include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered, Reality Therapy and Solution Focused.
