My counseling approach is holistic and strengths based, integrating traditional talk therapy with a psychoeducational approach, teaching skills and tools to support achieving your goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, trauma recovery, and navigating life transitions and experiences.
Healing occurs by understanding how and why your mind and body reacts to your life experiences. Our time together will be grounded in a holistic, strengths-based approach. Combining talk therapy with psychoeducation and emotional regulation tools, you increase self-awareness and retrain mind–body responses for lasting healing and meaningful change.
