In my practice I work with individuals utilizing varying approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness techniques.I work with clients with past and present trauma, life transitions, women's issues, relationship difficulties and managing stress. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and use it regularly in my practice.
