As a provider I am a true believer in change and mindful that people's cultures, values, experiences, and perspectives of life are different. My primary mission that drives my practice of social work is to view every person from a holistic strength's based perspective to promote hope, choice, and healing while facilitating resourcefulness. My training, education, and experience allow me to understand anxiety, depression, alcohol use, as well as various social and emotional needs of different stages of life. As your therapist, I will partner with you to develop measurable treatment goals tailored to your specific needs.
In therapy sessions I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior (DBT) and view people from a Humanistic lens-focusing on healthy choices and regaining a sense of control back in a way that makes sense to you. As you move through the healing process I will partner with you- in the moment- to support and guide you along the way.
