I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of professional experience. My training, education, and experience allow me to understand anxiety, depression, alcohol use, as well as various social and emotional needs of different stages of life. As your therapist, I will help you to develop measurable treatment goals tailored to your specific needs.
In therapy sessions I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, and Strength-Based Approaches, which focuses on healthy choices and regaining a sense of control back in a way that makes sense to you. As you move through the healing process I will partner with you- in the moment- to support and guide you along the way.
