At the heart of my approach is the relationship I build with each client. I've seen the healing power of genuine human connection, and I work to create a space of trust where that connection can grow. I believe there isn't just one path to healing, so I meet each person where they are, letting them set the pace and find comfort in our work together.
I enjoy working within the framework of Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps clients understand and befriend the different parts of themselves toward greater inner harmony. I also use the Enneagram as a tool for deeper self-knowledge, helping clients better understand their core patterns, motivations, and growth edges.
