Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have been an out-patient mental health therapist for over 20 years, specializing in treating adults with trauma, depression, anxiety and grief. I have been providing EMDR treatment since 2015, providing EMDR via telehealth for the last five years.
As a therapist I strive to create a warm, calming and supportive atmosphere in which clients can explore their truths without fear of judgment. My goal is for clients to feel safe with me and allow me the privilege of being a part of their healing journey.
As a college student I was first introduced to mental health field while working in a residential facility for teens. Although working with children and teens was very challenging and fulfilling, my focus changed as I experienced my own life changes.
