I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who's worked with diverse clients in many settings, including: outpatient, inpatient, and crisis settings. I specialize in ADHD, addiction, and LGBTQ+ issues. While I have been a good fit for many clients, I find that I work best with teens, young adults, and adults.
My style is both direct and compassionate. Forget clichés – I'll introduce proven techniques to help you cope and thrive. My approach is eclectic, drawing from CBT, person-centered, and other effective therapies
