I help adult individuals and couples reconnect with themselves and one another. I believe we are built to be in connection, community and to constantly evolve. This means we must re-meet ourselves and loved-ones many times throughout life, but growth and change is often a painful and scary journey to navigate, especially in a world where few of us are given the tools to do so. In my practice we work to create a space where you and your loved ones can feel safe enough to be vulnerable, build trust, and increase intimacy, because we all deserve the chance to heal, grow, and create nourishing connections with ourselves and one another.
I employ mindfulness and an experiential model to focus on the now, instead of chasing our tails trying to identify the "truth" or who was right vs. wrong. Instead, we'll work to understand the emotions behind our actions and the logic in those feelings - what we're really missing and how to meet those needs to thrive individually and in relationship.
I take a holistic and intersectional approach to understand the whole person or couple - not only thinking about feelings but finding out what other support you might need and how to find resources to mitigate external stressors. I look forward to working together and offering you my allyship and guidance in this rewarding process.
