I work with individuals who have spent much of their lives feeling unseen or misunderstood. Many grew up in stressful or emotionally overwhelming environments, and those experiences can still show up today as anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling constantly on edge. I provide a compassionate space where you can process what you’ve been carrying, learn healthier ways to manage stress, and reconnect with your values.

I help people move through stress and painful memories using gentle, brain-based therapies like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. These approaches help your brain process what feels stuck, so you can feel calmer, sleep better, and respond to life without being overwhelmed.
