Greetings, glad you have found your way here. As a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) School of Social Work, I am a psychotherapist with 11 years’ experience working with a variety of issues including anxiety & depression, ADHD, relationship issues, grief, and psychotic disorders. I strive to provide my clients with a space to feel heard and validated in a non-judgement, accepting environment. To that end, my focus is on connecting with and empowering clients to overcome their challenges and live a full enjoyable life. It is an honor to serve in this capacity.
I believe that ultimately the best source of healing comes from within. You are the expert about yourself, I am a guide. My therapeutic style is collaborative in which you and I work together to discover and implement new tools, skills, and coping strategies to address the challenges you face.
