I practice from a solution-focused and strength-based approach; I only utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Neurofeedback.
Mindfulness is a big component of my therapeutic approach, to help you learn how to implement relaxation techniques in a world that seems to never stop. I use exposure exercises for anxiety disorders.
