I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist with over 12 years of treating children, teens, adults and families. I have experience working with clients coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, defiant behaviors, adjustment, school issues, and family conflict. I work with children and families to identify goals for personal success and work collaboratively to assist them in reaching those goals. I want therapy to be a positive experience for children, teens, and adults.

My role as a registered play therapist is to empathetically help your child to understand their own emotions and provide them with the tools to better navigate their world through play and expressive arts. Play therapy is a form of counseling using play-based models to better communicate with and help clients, especially children, achieve optimal health.
