My approach is client-centered, collaboratively working with you in a safe and open environment. We start where you are and move towards your own goals. I specialize in CBT, DBT, EMDR, other therapeutic interventions. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to increase self-awareness and self-compassion so that you can heal and build new skills.
Together, we will navigate the journey towards change, whether you are interested in developing coping skills, managing stressors, understanding yourself on a deeper level, or dealing with past/present distress, With compassion and grace, I offer you my support through the difficult transitions that life may bring.
