I utilize an eclectic approach to psychotherapy based on where one is emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have 17 years of experience in treating and helping clients reduce and better manage symptoms of stress, anxiety, lingering symptoms of trauma/PTSD, and in coping with grief, loss & depression. I provide coping skills and techniques to improve emotional health & well being.
Being a native of Argentina & having immigrated to the US when I was six, I provide therapy in Spanish also.
