I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescent, children and their families. I have worked both in the outpatient hospital environment and in the Del Mar School district. In addition to my private practice work I am active with KidsTurn San Diego, a nonprofit organization helping families navigate the process of divorce.
I treat depression, anxiety, relational problems, trauma-related mental health problems, and complex family mental health issues. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ and trans community.
I have an international background and believe in culturally-sensitive therapy, as well as a social justice approach to mental health.
