About

I am a originally from Panama City, Panama and I am fluent in Spanish. I am in private practice and very much enjoy devoting my time to Latinos, Adults, Young Adults, and Adolescents. I also have experience in Community Mental Health, multicultural issues, psychological diagnosis and testing, diagnosis and treatment of chronic and severe mental illness, mental health disorders, the Latino population, co-occurring disorders, and the assessment and the treatment of domestic violence victims. I am also a T.E.R.M. approved mental health provider for the County of San Diego.
In addition to individual therapy and family therapy, I also conduct immigration psychological evaluations to assist invidivuals in their immigration process, including application for a Visa, application for a waiver, deportation proceedings, or cases related to Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), for example.
I approach each case individually. My goal is to provide you with a place where you feel safe, supported, respected, and appreciated. I also beleive that individuals benefit from learning skills that they can successfully use in their daily lives and in meeting their daily challenges.
