My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer serve you while building flexibility, self-compassion, and practical skills that help you move toward the life you want.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation. I help clients process difficult experiences, build self-compassion, reconnect with their values, and move toward a meaningful life. Faith can also be thoughtfully integrated for those who desire it.
