I have experience serving adult clients at each level of care, including community mental health, psychiatric facilities, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), as well as private practice. My therapeutic experience includes, but is not limited to working with trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and college mental health. Additionally, I have worked with various cultures and socioeconomic statuses.
As your therapist, I will provide a safe, non-judgemental environment that is inclusive and culturally competent. I offer a warm, non-judgemental approach, while also challenging you to align with the person that you are working to become. I pride myself in honoring you as the truest expert in your own life.
