Most therapists can't hold what you're actually carrying, I can. You may look successful, capable, and put together while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you are carrying more than anyone realizes. You may have been misread, pathologized for your depth, or told you are too much when you are simply honest. You may be exhausted from code-switching, masking, overgiving, or repeating painful patterns. You know your struggles aren't personal failures, but responses to real experiences. Therapy w/ me helps you untangle what is yours, what was inherited, and what you are ready to release.
My presence is grounding, direct & deeply attuned. Clients often share that they feel seen, safe, and able to be honest in ways they haven't before. I help identify protective patterns, repair relationship wounds, strengthen boundaries, regulate nervous systems, and reconnect w/ who you are. I offer culturally attuned care for clients from all backgrounds.
I don't lean on books and theories. I'm attuned because I've done the work myself, not because I read about it. Most therapists haven't experienced the depths of their own emotional work or understand what it means to actually be connected to themselves and others. I am someone who knows this territory from the inside out, not from a textbook. Welcome.
