My passion is working with first responders and medical professionals. I also help individuals with anxiety, motherhood, life transitions, marriage, relationships, and sexual health. I counsel from a multicultural and trauma-informed lens, using a combination of techniques that is personalized to each client and their therapy goals.
I believe Carl Rogers said it best, “People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be…” He explained that he doesn’t try to control or change a sunset; he just sits back and watches.
