I believe that everyone has the capability to overcome the darkest moments in their life. My goal as a counselor is to assist people and relationships who want to explore their unique selves and future goals. The clients that would be able to grow and heal the best with me are the ones who are willing to explore their past, as well as, address the various obstacles that are preventing them from reaching their ideal life. My expertise lies with children, adolescents, families, and couples.
Areas of focus: marital and family conflict; mood regulation; anger management; child play therapy; self-worth/self-esteem; depression and anxiety; life stressors/adjustments; trauma caused by abuse, neglect, death, loss; spirituality and mindfulness; holistic health and wellness; mind-body wellness.
