Hello and welcome! Taking the first step toward finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone. I’m here to support you in navigating the path toward healing and mental wellness. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and identity exploration. I also provide affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community and support for couples looking to strengthen their connection.

I am trained in (EMDR) and incorporate Esther Perel’s approach in my work with couples, as well as a humanistic approach. No matter who walks into the room, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and fully in control of your treatment. It’s important to me that you feel like your authentic self in our sessions—free to process your needs
