A great deal of growth occurs during childhood and adolescence. My mission is to support you or your child in reaching therapeutic goals by fostering emotional development through personalized, evidence-based techniques. Together, we will identify the approaches that resonate most, whether that’s social and emotional learning through play therapy, grounding techniques, or traditional talk therapy. This is more than just a safe space, this is your space.
I currently offer individual therapy sessions for children and teens, while approaching each case with a deep understanding of the parent-child dynamic. My goal is to align the therapeutic process with both the child’s needs and the parent’s expectations, creating a collaborative approach that best supports the child’s growth and progress in session.
