With 40 years experience, I provide a warm, safe, supportive environment where clients move through challenging times, finding the motivation and solutions to live more vital, healthy, authentic lives. I offer Psychotherapy and Clinical Consulting services to adults, teens, couples and families. While interactive in sessions, I am an attentive witness, listening carefully then collaborating with people to see what needs tending, what inherent wisdom may have been overlooked or under-valued and what new ways of seeing can be most helpful.
Combining clinical + creative practices, my professional passion is helping people see what's true in their lives, what's working, and what's not. My therapeutic approach is solution focused, compassionate, behavioral and holistic. Confidentiality and non-judgmental approach assured.
I use traditional talk therapy, guided and creative processes, Internal Family Systems IFS, ecopsychology and coaching practices. I’ve been adjunct faculty at Lesley University + clinical supervision instructor at the Muscular Therapy Institute of Cambridge. Consultation / professional development available for helping professionals in a variety of settings.

Groups
"Women in Transition" ®
This 9 month weekly therapeutic support group is scheduled to begin again virtually and in-person this coming Spring 2025. (special focus: Grief and Loss) An initial in-person weekend retreat will be held before the virtual weekly group begins. Dates TBA.. Fee and location for the retreat, and specifics coming soon. 9-month group is $60 weekly. Lore has been leading "Women in Transition" groups and workshops annually since 1993.
