I provide treatment in individual, conjoint/couple and family modalities. REBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems and goal oriented treatment are some of the approaches I may use to help you become more mindful, accepting and stronger to help you lead a healthier happier life.
My practice includes treatment for but not exclusive to addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, school based issues, impulsivity, adjustments, transitions, relationship and communication issues.
