I use a compassionate approach while keeping accountability part of the conversation to ensure the goals you identify are being met. I work with adults, teens, young adults, couples, and families.
I am well versed in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and OCD; as well as relationship, boundary, communication, self-esteem, and failure to launch issues. I am a certified EMDR therapist and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and inner child healing and reparenting. I also utilize DBT, IFS, CBT, and Mindfulness.
My goal is to come up with the best approach to meet your unique needs. I offer a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported - where healing is possible, and growth feels real.
