I am a clinical psychologist with expertise in the assessment and treatment of tic disorders (e.g., Tourette Disorder), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and anxiety disorders. Many people with these types of concerns feel frustrated, scared, or embarrassed. My approach is to work collaboratively with you to develop an individually tailored plan that helps you achieve your goals in therapy. I provide evidenced-based treatment for the above concerns in an open and non-judgmental manner. We will work together using techniques from behavioral science to help you live the life you want.
My approach is likely to include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT), and/or habit reversal training (HRT) as these are the most evidence-based approaches for the concerns I see. I provide these services for children, adolescents, and adults.
