As a trauma informed therapist, my primary goal is to create a sense of safety, security, and connection. I am trained in EMDR, and I often incorporate parts work into EMDR sessions. I also use a variety of evidenced-based techniques in my clinical work depending on your needs and preferences, including CBT, DBT skills, and mindfulness techniques.
