Welcome. I want to make therapy affordable and attainable! I am here to help you identify your needs, symptoms and goals, to maintain hope and work toward living your healthier life. I will stay present and have unconditional positive regard as we navigate the challenges together as a team. Coping skills are crucial as well as identifying the underlying issues that lead to a diagnosis, distress or discontentment. I work with clients on a weekly or every other week basis to create momentum and change. I specialize in families, adolescents as well as individuals of all ages. My experience is almost two decades.
I help to reduce stress and facilitate healing that can be generational. My areas of expertise are listening, reframing, presence, Mindfulness Practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neural Therapies (LifeSpan, Clinical Hypnotherapy and EMDR) to work with the subconscious accessing the source of dysfunctional triggers, patterns, emotions and behaviors.
