I strive to create holistic treatment plan tailored to each individual using an eclectic integrative approach, by blending different theories & techniques to address presenting symptoms.
I have always been fascinated by the vast complexity of human emotions & behaviors, including the ways in which we engage in personal growth & change. I have found that therapy can be integral to the process of developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, others, & the world around us.
