I currently provide telemental health services, such as telephone and video counseling in both NC & GA, to youth and adults (12 years and older) regarding issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, stress, sexuality, life transitions, school issues, gender, relationships, family, work, and substance abuse. I predominately treat youth and adults within the LGBTQ+ community as they navigate intersectionality, life transitions, and identity development. I am now offering adolescent DBT individual and group therapy along with a DBT family support course.
I am passionate advocate and ally who celebrates diversity whether ethnicity, race, faith, sexuality, relational, gender, etc. I have an integrative and person-centered counseling approach combining mindfulness, skill building, self-acceptance, interpersonal relationship building, and health boundary development.
I offer a FREE 15-20-minute consultation and assessment (brief online questionnaire) to determine if telemental health is right for you! Place this link in your browser to make an appointment today: https://kaleidoscope-evolution.clientsecure.me

Adolescent DBT (13-17 yrs old)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment created to assist your teenager in building skills that will help them regulate difficult emotions, urges to self-harm, and create a life worth living! DBT is designed to help individuals who struggle to regulate extreme emotions, suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, negative thinking, and difficulty with relationships. Our DBT program is a 6-month commitment of a 24-week skills course ($1,440) and a 50-minute individual session ($125) weekly. As well as a parent/guardian commitment to attend an 8-session DBT family support course (cost: $480).
