I am trauma informed/healing centered in my practice. I embrace a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to therapy. I hope to help you curate a more supportive inner dialogue, increase emotional awareness and insight, building on distress tolerance and increase self care practices to fortify and sustain you.
I have studied the works of Carl Jung, parts work (IFS and archetypes), CBT, DBT and somatic interventions.
