Hello, I'm Lora, a licensed professional counselor and a business leadership and mental fitness coach. With a broad range of experience, I have had the privilege of working with clients facing various challenges, including trauma, military-related issues, stress, relationship stress, financial stress, time management, and communication difficulties. My therapeutic approach is integrated, utilizing methods such as Performance EMDR and Equine-Assisted Learning/Psychotherapy to help you move beyond the blocks and barriers that may be holding you back from leading the life you truly desire.
