I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care to adults and couples seeking assistance with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and post-traumatic stress. I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Radford University.
I utilize collaborative, strength-based, mindfulness-based, and emotionally-focused approaches to therapy, staying mindful of flexibility to best meet the unique needs of each individual and couple.
