I am a holistic therapist that focuses on the body, mind, and soul. I use a person-centered lens by allowing you share what is most important to you in the therapy room. I also hold specialty in applied behavioral interventions and christian counseling for those that desire that.
I understand how scary it is to open up to someone new and having to share your story over again. I will hold space for you in a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental way.
