I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, family conflict, depression, and high-functioning stress — the kind that looks put-together on the outside but feels overwhelming underneath. Born and raised in America with immigrant Indian parents, I understand navigating two cultures, identity, and family expectations firsthand. I'm also a parent, familiar with the challenges of raising children. Using a psychodynamic lens, I help clients understand how their past shapes—but doesn't have to define—their future.
