My practice is named Reflect Psychological Counseling, because I wholeheartedly believe that by reflecting upon our lives, our stories, we get closer to our authentic selves and reduce our suffering. I have expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, and LGBTQ+ issues.
My role is to help you live in a more authentic space, because when we don't live in our truth, we live in shame, and this leads us to suffer, unnecessarily. By building insight, mindful awareness and self compassion, we are able to heal and grow.
Connection and trust are very important in the real world, and therapy is no exception. Building trust and safety in therapy is a strength and passion of mine.
