My name is Lonniel Myles and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with cross-state licensure in Nevada and California. I work with a wide range of populations and specialize in mood, stress, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders using an integrative approach to help my clients toward sustainable progress toward goals and overall wellness. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I have an adaptive style and approach that fits the mold for teens and adults who may be dealing with the challenges of everyday life, adjusting to transitions, and social pressures. This can often take the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and engagement in substance use.
I work to help my clients effectively navigate these transition periods and to build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life.
